We will take legal action against any individual or organisation that distributes or re-publishes any of our member content, in any format. Member content is strictly for individual use only.

The services and information on ExecutiveCareerClub are provided for the purpose of individuals looking for employment opportunities. You may print, download and use information from the site for these purposes only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not otherwise copy, transmit or distribute any material from the site.

All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights belong to ExecutiveCareerClub. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials.

Cancelling Membership

Membership can be terminated at any time. We can be contacted by phone or email. On cancelling, membership will cease and there will be no further billings. A confirmation email will be sent. Refunds are not given for any unused access periods although users will continue to have access to the service until the end of the access period.

Passwords

Passwords are for the sole use of the person to whom they are issued. We will disable accounts for password sharing or if the user is breaching these terms and conditions.

Service availability

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous availability of the site and all the services available on the site, however, we accept no responsibility for the consequences of interruptions to the site. In the unlikely event that the site is unavailable for more than 24 hours in any one calendar month, pro-rated refunds will be given to members.

Limitation of liability

Our liability, and the liability of our third party suppliers, for any loss or damage suffered by you as the result of your use of this site is limited to your actual direct damages and excludes any loss of future earnings, profit or prospects or any consequential or speculative loss. As required by law, this exclusion does not extend to death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
